Join the waitlistHow it works
Three steps, all on your dashboard
No tickets and no waiting on support: the owner of the workspace sets mailboxes up and can see every one of them.
- 01
Choose the addresses
Under Company → Email, pick a domain your website uses and the addresses you need, paid monthly or yearly.
- 02
Everyone sets their own password
Each person gets a link to choose their password. Nobody at BunnyOwn ever sees or stores it.
- 03
Switch when you are ready
If the domain already receives mail somewhere else, nothing moves until you confirm the switch.
Questions
Before you switch
Can I keep my old mail?
Yes. Add the old and the new account to one email app and drag the folders across. The setup guide shows how.
What happens to my current email provider?
Nothing until you confirm. We move the domain's mail only after you say so, and you can copy your old mail across at your own pace.
Do I need a BunnyOwn website?
Yes, for now. Mailboxes are added on a domain one of your BunnyOwn websites uses.
How much can I send?
Up to 300 messages a day per mailbox and 5,000 per domain, with attachments up to 20 MB. Plenty for a business; not meant for newsletters.
What happens if I stop?
Remove a mailbox whenever you like. It works until the end of the period you paid for; then it and its mail are deleted for good, so keep a copy first.
Who keeps my mail?
Openprovider, our email provider, in data centres in the European Union. BunnyOwn never sees or stores a mailbox password.
